Thanks, Tom!
Maybe you can’t judge a book by its cover, but for magazines, covers are their calling cards. For more than 37 years, Tom Wright’s creative photography has intrigued and enticed readers to delve into the pages of U.S. Catholic magazine.

In the process Tom has won too many awards to count and, with his creativity and legendary mischievous twinkle in his eye, has helped define the magazine’s identity.

Tom shot his first U.S. Catholic cover photo in January 1976, and he became the magazine’s art director in 1985.

Upon his retirement, we thank Tom for his decades of creative leadership. We’ll miss him, and we wish him Godspeed and many more motorcycle adventures. “Get your motor running, head out on the highway. . . .”!
