Just when you thought the big sex abuse settlements were over and done with, the Jesuits of the northwestern United States have filed for bankruptcy, listing assets of only $5 million and liabilities of a staggering $62 million, according to the Associated Press. Even more shocking: The province faces 200 sex abuse lawsuits or threats of lawsuits, a truly staggering number.
